Yes Tashta, I'm working on it as we type. Thanks for asking.
This is the first one, and it's being researched and designed as I go
along. So it's taking a long time.
This one is being built for my Furry buddy Al in San Diego. He's had
some bad diabetes symptoms and partial loss of eyesight. And since
he's been out of work for some years, he can't afford much in the way
of medical care. He's still working on healing a foot injury that he
received over a year ago.
Once this first one is done, I'll be able to work on another. Right
after I started working on this first one, I had hoped to contact Jim
and see if he wanted the next one. After that, you can be next in
line, if you want.
Actually, I could use some stitching help. It would go a lot faster
if I could get someone to help me stitch up the outer cover and
attach the velcro strips. I went down to the fabric store yesterday
and picked up a yard of nylon for covering the circuit board, along
with some hobby-strength thread and some large needles.
But I am all thumbs when it comes to stitching the fabric. If I could
ask someone to help with the stitching of the fabric, it would help
me get the next couple of LED units started that much sooner.
I'll pay for shipping and materials. Any volunteers?
