        WRONG, Opera, Mozilla, and Netscape all use their own code to browse the
web.. It is possible to have IE messed up and still access the web. Though
if IE is messed up AOL and MSNs web browsers will not work properly, and
because of the way IE is integrated to the system it is very possible the
only way to get IE reloaded in the working state is to reload the system..
You are right about not being able to get rid of it as since version 5 and
above IE replaces Explorer.exe with itself so no more iexplore.exe

I said I nuked outlook, not IE. :P Nuking IE would be
like nuking KDE on my linux box... :P
