I DL'd Spybot Search and Destroy after I saw it on Call for Help. I
like it! It has more than just spyware detection and removal too, you
can actually identify remove items from the System start-up and
identify and kill processes running behind the scenes. I was able to
removes a number of resource hogs that windoze hides in the background.
I highly recomend this FREE product. I use it in combination with
AdAware and my normal anti-virus.
I also use these on my mom's computer after every XP patch. I'm never
surprized when I find 2 or 3 datamines and tracking cookies among the
new M$ crap.
