I'd like to add that you could improvise on your Vitamin A intake. It's
properties has been clinically proven to induce optical health (Also proving that
Bugs Bunny wasn't rigged to read those microscopic lines *Smirks*) Being one
who wears glasses & occasionally see very faint transparent spots before my
eyes, I'm usually making sure to get at much Vita A as I can when I get the
opportunity.
James, I believe you should take to it as well. You could still be able to
aid in your eye recovery. Never hurts to take a chance. Just make sure you eat
a good amount of Vita A & you'll be fine. Carrots are a high source of Vita
A, just don't eat too many or you'll turn orange *Chuckles*. Actually, I think
that really did happen. Just make sure you don't go stuffing yourself with
really high amounts of it either, it could kill you if you take in too much.
If you want advice about intake of Vita A in your foods, just ask.
I trust my words have been worth your reading.
