True, but that's generally after it has had some wear and tear on
it. Penetration is certainly dangerous, and as Des says in the
comic, it cannot "open at whim", meaning dilation is not a voluntary
process.
But the "Karno"-style drawing on that particular page is pretty
damn funny. And I love Karno's work!
