A Praise from Jim himself is worth lotsa trouble.
But I fear you praise me too much since the program from
Sympatico does almost all the work. Also, your pic of Onika was
PERFECT for it. Dark background, good frontal view etc.
If you're interested how the animation works, all I can tell
you is, that you have to point the program to the locations
of eyes, nose and mouth, center it to your liking and then
merely let the prog work it's magic.
The voice, too, was provided by Sympatico (only one voice for each
gender, btw).

If you find the time and mood, why don't you have a try yourself
at it, it doesn't take much time..even with a dial-up.
