You're finding time to fix the car - wow! It's only been,
what, 14 months? Didn't somoeone owe you a transmission
after they popped the current one doing a burnout?
Had a look on the web for you, but couldn't find any
helpful literature about rebuiling GM TH400 trannies,
though a few places that sell manuals (about US$25) on how
to. One place sold videos (US$30) on how to rebuild a
TH400!
I've got a Toyota 5 speed steel case, Celica 5 speed alloy
cases, two Nissan Narvara 5 speeds and a dual range static
shift transfer case. No, it is probably better you don't
imagine my yard (big parts along the driveway, two cars
(RA60 Celicas) and a trailer on the lawn, 4WD and two
motorbikes in garage, just had a wreck towed from front
lawn last week).
Sorry, no help here!
Scrapper, Black Dragon, who should probably spend his time
cleaning up his property instead of drawing...
