Okay, she's somewhat shorter than I imagined - I thought
she'd be around 5'6". And Des the lizard isn't much

If you want to wind her handle about it, tell her she's
4'14". :-)

Big feet and low mass do count for a bit when 'swampering'
through neck deep (even for me!) water than has nice
squishy knee deep mud at the bottom. Actually it was bat
guano, but that opens up a whole other part to the story...
 The other guy I was with who was shorter, heavier and had
smaller feet ended up having to float across the
underground lake on his back or risk getting stuck on the
bottom and drowning! I was able to gingerly walk across.
Just keep your mouth closed!
 
Motorbikes go better with small, light riders too. Small
light pillions are much easier, so that makes Des pretty
much perfect passenger size. :-)
