Uh...that page _was_ supposed to be included with the other,
previously-published pages. There are 9-10 unpublished pages, meant
to be woven into the rest of the collective chapters. The fourth
chapter, already drawn, could stand on it's own, if necessary. But
the other extra pages require the inclusion of the previous chapters.
