Distribution I think would be no problem, as that capable
fellow Ed Zolna can deal with that, but the actual putting
ink on paper (not a cheap exercise) I believe is Jim's
biggest issue in this regard.

I don't know if Ed Z could work out something to supply
book stores, as wider distribution is obviously going to be
a nice thing.
Printing in a "dollar effective country" may save on
printing costs, but the cost of shipping and importing the
finished product would probably negate most cost savings in
addition to complicating handling steps.
Scrapper, Black Dragon, no plans to set up a printing press
in his shed any time soon.
