First thing that will bother everyone - size! 363k! I
cropped the picture more accurately (and more centrally)
then adjusted it to 72dpi (screen grain) and made it fit to
a 1024x768 screen (so 906x768 in this pics case). Result -
75k. Much more acceptable for modem downloads! For
general uploads, 72dpi and make it fit on a 1024x768
screen, as most people do not run above this resolution and
panning to view a pic is annoying. If you then use a 'fit
to screen' feature, then the 'extra data' is wasted anyway,
so may as well not include it.

How hard would it have been to shade a bit of yellow around
her? Instant sandy beach! *shakes head* You can always
go back and add it in, mind!
The face looks good - a hard thing to get correct. Grey in
her hair for form building is fine, but the stripe on her
back really should be white. You didn't erase the lines of
her body where they cross her bikini strap either.
Her right foor is too long (feet are hard) and her right
thigh is too thick. Shape is pretty much correct, just too
broad. Left foot looks good and nice claws (very
important, IMHO!). I don't have a ready reference, but I
can't recall if the bottom of Natasha's tail is entirely
white, so I'll have to abstain on further comment on this.
I'd have used a few more soft lines to show curve as her
tail appears too 'flat', as though it is a panel as opposed
to a soft, flexible item.
Whatever surface you coloured on is fine for the fur, but
you need something smoother underneath (or a better pencil)
for the text sections, as they are quite grainy. Feint
guide lines for text or putting a dark lined page
underneath so you have a guide is very helpful for getting
text in neat rows.
Considering our view angle, I would say her anus should be
a little higher, though your rendition of her genitals I
would deem as generally acceptable.
Overall, quite a good picture - better than I can currently
do. Keep up the good work - please consider adding the
background, resizing then uploading to the fanart section
of the group.
