Ooops, I must rectify something here : the chest muscles don't attach
to the chest bones (coasts), because these ones could not support the
constraint of such powerful muscles (they would be torn apart), this
is why birds got a wishbone, so the forces balance each others on a
single bone, and don't bother lungs also... ^^'
So dragons should have the same wishbone, or reinforced coasts (
perhaps even welded), but reinforced means heavier, and weight is not
flight-friendly (birds got hollow bones for example)...
