I think I have figured why some members can't see the "Send
Notification to Group" check box when uploading files. Any
'moderated' member doesn't have this function, as my
SCRAPPERBD account has the box, but by SCRAPPERBLACKDRAGON
does not. SCRAPPERBLACKDRAGON is new and only used for
testing, etc, and can not see the Notify box (as well as
being message moderated. SCRAPPERBD is the moderator
account and unsuprisingly has access to all the standard
(and a few extra) features.
Hence why Wataru (unmoderated, older member) can see the
box and Antonio (moderated messages, new member) can't.
Scrapper, Black Dragon, trying to think of a easy way for
forward members to a FAQ.
