Dear Jim M. Hardiman

I wanted to send you this letter as an email or letter, but I found
out that either medium at least in your case is always full and you
would most likely never see it. But in a way this being posted on
the group also gives me a chance to talk to the fans, not just of
this group, but also them as well. I've noticed that, people have
been just sending assloads of requests to Jim. Now I know that's
what you supposed to do, but not right now.

I write this in the hopes that people will understand that Jim
cannot deal with all of these
"Hey Jim when are you gonna do this?" or "Yo Jim
where`s my this?".
Apparently even though he told you, people still haven`t gotten
the
message or there a little bit desensitized to it. Jim has got some
major problems in his life right now. I bring up the Eye thing, and
even though he may have got it taken care of by now. AKA Surgery.
The point is, is that this kind of medical problem, combined with a
bad financial situation is a heavy stress on him right now, If he

breaks even he'll be lucky.

First let me address the eye situation. For anybody that's really
BAD. But for an Artist, Oh god it's the F*cking apocalypse. I
know
artists, I have many as friends of mine. I'm am myself but not in
pictures, I make movies. I know this very well, that if an artist
loses his eyesight. Its like Superman losing his superpowers. Its
horrible, being able to do this wonderful thing and then getting it
taken away from you. For some, it would drive them insane. Point is,
Jim needs to heal if he is ever going to get his full ability back.
He's in a danger zone, you probably thinking he's got the
surgery,
problem's fixed and what else does he need to worry. WRONG. In
fact
many other things can happen now, and most of them result in either
diminished or lost sight. As I said Jim is in a danger zone. This is
usually the time that people take out to heal.

Unfortunately God/Time/Fate, what ever you call it, has decided not
to give Jim this time off. Which goes into my next topic, His
financial situation. From what I understand, Jim had some collection
agencies on his ass, which has only been made worse because he's
got
medical bills to pay. Obviously a stressful situation, but stress
can slow down, stop or even undo the healing process going on in
Jim's eyes. It's a vicious cycle if you get into it, and Jim,
by his
writings sounds like he's keeping a positive mindset. and staying
out of the cycle, I don't know for sure, but its sounds like it.

As you can probably tell this is a complex situation. Which is only
being made worse, by fans, either requesting, complaining or out
right bitching. This needs to stop, I mean we all like Jim. Right???

Why? Why listen to me. One, I know what its like to have both eye
problems and money woes. Except mine was caused by an accident.

My point is, I know how it feels to have Stress on you, trying to
pay all the people who are holding out their hands. I know how it
feels to take all your bills throw them in the air and which ever
land on the table get paid that month. As fans we should respect
him, and back off for a little while. We need to wait until his
situation gets to a stage of normalcy and has time.

Two things that he doesn't have right now. Normalcy and Time. Its
called Real Life.

So we should help him out anyway we can. I have yet to hear or
read "Hey Jim, I got some extra cash, bout 200 dollars, could you
use it." or something to that effect.

There is no "Save Jim Hardiman fund" but maybe there should
be, he
put his stuff out, not necessarily expecting anything in return. So
we should help him out, He gave us Skunkworks AMA, Caterwaul, By The
Tail, Corsair. Just to name a few. The LEAST we could do is back
off, stop requesting or complaining to him and let him get his life
back together and the MOST we could do, is send him cash, but I
doubt anyone would actually do it.

To Jim I want to say, Your are not alone in this, There are some
people out here who know what are going through, people who support
you, who admire the loyalty you are giving to your fans, people who
realize that you are not a machine or not forgetting there is man
behind the art. People who hope that you get back what was taken
from you.

Me specifically, Artist to Artist, I bid you Good Luck, Godspeed,
and Peace be with you on the Journey. And Yes It will be a Journey

Sincerely

AgentExeider
