> Description : First frame only that's been animated, but better
With the help of both the lettered/unlettered versions of the
one-pager zz/skunkworks strip from Max (found in the same folder) and
the idea from a friend as to the suitability for animation, I'd gone
to see what I could come up with in flash.
I got as far as finishing the first frame, but past that I got hit
with horrible performance issues whilst trying to move from frame to
frame, let alone have the rest visible in the background whilst it was
playing.
As it is, the file's runs for about 15 seconds, or at least was
supposed to with the timing I got on my computer. I wasn't really able
to test it out on any other systems, though I suspect there's at least
some of you that it probably won't run as well for, another reason
that lead to abandoning the project.
But rather than have it sit rotting away on my harddrive, I thought I
might as well share what little I had done, even if it's only the
first frame. Enjoy for what it's worth. :P
And in case anyone's wondering, yes, it's the same guy who did the
first frame of ups & downs way back over a year ago, just with a
different alias. Come to think of it, that probably wouldn't suffer
from the same performance issues I had here, so who knows about the
future? >.>
