Though in this last week I seem to frequently be encounter
far more of 'later' (including how late I'm staying in the
office! 7pm already...)

Read it aloud as though it were happening is usually a good
measure; still felt a bit slow to me. Delay between
talking was a bit long too.

But this IS Lori we are talking about, remember. And if
you don't think you'll be able to do the whole animation, a

Chop the fames into 'squares'. I know you will lose some
detail, but probably still have enough to do what you want.
You can always relocate text as well to give you a little
more working room.

Yes, I unfortunately know about animating GIFs. Rustychair
and I spent quite a few hours doing the colour ups for
Martin Gerlach and his animated Jade GIF. See

for those interested in seeing Jade play with a dildo...

For what you are doing, is probably a better medium, but
thought I'd suggest, just in case.

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Scrapper, Black Dragon, as soon as I get some time, I'm
going to answer some email!!!
