I can name one, if it'd ever opened in the States...
Superstore. XD I know my company would be open
hell-or-highwater. Heck, I nearly caused a massive
gasleak, and while the back of the store was filling
with a noxious smell, my employers were all like "Just
open the doors and act normal, and don't tell anyone.
And make sure no one stays in the back room."
We didn't evacuate, didn't warn the customers... just
quietly vacated a few departments. Even though there
was the possibility of an explosion taking out the
entire back portion of the store, and at least half of
the front portion... no closure.

We even flooded one night, in a terrible storm, all
the way from the back to the front, three inches deep,
and they didn't close the damned store.

So Superstore would be one company that would stay
open till the closing hours in the midst of a
hurricane. Even if it was Cat 5.

=====
"All things are simple to you; the eye sees the target, the hands steady the weapon, the finger pulls the trigger, and an energy destroys the enemy.
But what of the subtlety of the myriad little events in that chain of action? What of the brain that directs the eye and the aim? What of the nerves that steady the hand? Of the very decision to shoot?
Ah, you call all of this sophistry! But I tell you: there are vulnerabilities to which you are blind...."
