I believe Des had told Val that she had no problem with her drawing
Tabitha. Likewise, she had also said the images she drew for the TJA
site are for you to use on the site, with no qualms from her. I had
merely included the character in with the BTT roster when I
registered them, since Des had said she would like to be able to
include that character in the BTT comics, and I make a habit of
registering my characters with the Library of Congress.
So there shouldn't be any problem that I can see. I think the
whole thing was brought up when Scrapper asked who had the copyright
to her, and I replied that I did. Other than that, nothing has
changed, so far as I can figure.
