The left one's useless, and the right one is slowly catching up to
it's partner. I plan on getting the surgery done on them as soon as
the holiday season is over, though. I don't know if the left one is
salvageable, though, since the retina is quite warped now. If they
can tack it back where it's upposed to be, then that'll be great.
Otherwise, the images seen by each eye won't match up. As it is
now, I have to patch the left one over in order to drive or draw,
since there's _just_ enough visual ability left in it to pick up
pieces of what it's looking at.
Dammit, I want a refund on these things! Didn't they come with a
lifetime guarantee? ;P
But aside from that, everything is peachy, I reckon. Should have
the new BTT site up in a couple of days (maybe Tuesday or Wednesday,
if I'm still coherent after work)! Stay tuned...
