That's like what just happened up here in Canada recently. A forty-
six-year-old man named James Rozcho (I think that's how its spelt)
killed four Mounties with a high-powered automatic assault rifle
then killed himself. He was well-known to the locals and police
since he had a lengthy criminal record. He was a psychopath and had
been that way all his life. Video games did not make this man the
way he was any more than television, music, or even a bad family
upbringing. This man had a flaw in him from the day he was born and
it inevitably manifested itself as he grew older.
