Man, Jim, I'm sorry to hear about the eye. I know, you still have the
one left-- er, remaining, but that's still a blow. I hope you'll be
able to make a full recovery in the other eye. However, as has been
mentioned, you'll be able to wear a cool eye patch.
And to the rest of the group... I'm nobody official, but might I have
the 'honor' of being one of the first of the folks to ask that the
impending political discussion get moved to private emails before all
heck breaks loose? These things never end well, and they tend to end
even worse on mailing lists.
