I'm not doing music the way that I wanted to (originally I wanted to be
a Music Teacher / part-time performer) - but I know what you're talking
about.
Tinnitus? Yup; had that all my life, near as I know. Never really
understood it. But I've been luck enough to be able to "disregard" it.
(Don;t know how to explaine it.)
For what its worth, I hope your passion for music takes you down the
Bethoven part into composition. You'd be amazed what rewards you can get
by having your stuff performed.
