I scribbled up something along these lines a little while back. 

I'll post something tomorrow afternoon, by way of a short step-by step 
tutorial.

Hey Jim, or Scrapper, or anyone with skill;
My girlfriend, Hoshiko Usagi, is the creator of the webcomic "Hidden 
Disguises" (www.hiddendisguises.com).  Lately she's been trying to put 
muzzles on her characters, with mediocre success.  So if Jim, or anyone 
would do up a quick tutorial on how to draw muzzles, preferably from a 
3/4 view, we would both be very appreciative.  
It would also give them an honorable mention in the comic.
