Yes, the catch of releasing in stages. :-) Hence why I
tend to take ages to release a story and do so in big
chunks. Helps keep it cohesive.

For reading ease, I'd dump all camera instructions
entirely. If you are not actually going to create a play
or something, it doesn't add to the reading enjoyment. You
are better to use well written descriptions.

Good plan. You are often better to exclude a character to
keep things simple. Including a character just to use 'big
name' tends just to confuse issues. Reassigning there 'few
lines' is often a better use of characters.
