Sounds like a few of you made AC this year. I'm sure a lot
more of us would have _liked_ to have gone. How about
those of you who did go giving us a bit of a rant and run
down on who was there (in regard to artists, dealers,
celebrities, etc) and any spectacular goings on
(fursuiting, people doing noteworthy silly things)?

Thinking of rants - damn Val - GOOD couple of posts those
other few! :-D You really should try to get some more
sleep! :-P

Scrapper, Black Dragon, the 'if only' excuse list is pretty
long for why I didn't make AC this year! :-(

Peter Laird (co-creator of Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles) and Timothy Albee
(creator of Kaze Ghost Warrior) were the guests of honor this year. As is
customary, 2 The Ranting Gryphon was excellent although I found his show a bit
more controversial then last years.

The Dealers room and Artists Alley was filled with quality artists including
Dark Natasha, Tina Purin, Heather Bruton, Terrie Smith, Frisket (Melissa
O'Brien), Kyote, David Hopkins (creator of the 'Jack' webcomic), Roz Gibson,
Miss Mab (of DMFA fame), Michele Light and many, many more.

Of the ten mentioned above, I received art from seven of them. Only Tina
Purin, Roz Gibson and Michele Light escaped my sketchbooks this year, although
I made up for it by purchasing t-shirts and prints.

I appear briefly in a short movie put together by Dave Hopkins during the
con which is at this very moment floating around the net. I have several
pictures of him harassing a Jack fursuiter who was a real treat for all the Jack
fans that were there.

It would be impossible for me to describe all the events at the con which
made it such a great time, so I will leave it to say that the whole con was a
"huge mass of squealing furry goodness, and it rocked."
