And let's not forget "The Night Stalker", which I read
some where will be remade this fall as part of the,
Let's all jump on the misery/scared show like Lost
band wagon. Anyone think this will be as good as the
original? Just asking

Remake...of...Karl Kolchak and his cheesy 70's monsters??!!??

AGGGHHH!!!

Theyw ern't really that cheesy. For the time and budget, I thought it was
well done. You want cheesy, look at all the kids shows of the time.
Especially the Filmation shows. That was cheesy!

Oh yes.
Filmation, where using stock animation was the norm, not an exception. <G>

I first saw Filmation in the Star Trek animated series, (M'Ress...oh YASSS!)
and later the "Fat Albert" cartoon, and those horrible "He-Man" and "She-Ra"
cartoons I watched anyway to get a laugh.

But you're right about the Night Stalker effects being pretty much state of
the art for 70's TV.
It was cheesy, compared to today, of course. <G>
