Ok, I Googled them, saw a few clips.
I noticed they were from the Rankin-Bass people, who made Thundercats.
HOWEVER...
They were entirely human, (well, human with bionic parts,) unlike the
Thundercats.
(With the exception of the bionic bird.)
And based on what I saw, (including this ritual the head bad guy did, to get
big and powerful,) it looked like the show stank.
(IMO, of course.)
