The last version of Mighty Mouse that ran did have one perk at least, Madam Marsupial, which if I remember correctly (and I might not) she came out before Minerva Mink (and got just as much air time). Don't forget Karate Kat either, they had the occasional sexy feline femme, and the female feline that ran the detective agency he worked for was bustier than you'd expect normally for a kids show.

Rocky and Bullwinkle -- Lousy artwork, but the best written cartoon
of its day. And puns galore!

Mighty Mouse -- The real thing. Bakshi's version was good, but it
still pales compared to the operatic singing of the original. And the
theme gave Andy Kaufman the skit that launched his rise in popularity
("Here I come to save the day!").

Heckle and Jeckle -- I remember them, but I was never a fan. I do
remember hearing that the reason you haven't seen them around on
local kiddie shows is that the powers that be decided that this
cartoon series was derogatory to black people.

Underdog -- "There's no need to fear, Underdog is here!" Again, bad
artwork, but cool characters. And there was Wally Cox speaking in
  rhyme.

Beanie and Cecil -- Or more appropriately, Cecil the seasick sea
serpent. I'm not quite old enough to remember the puppet show that
this cartoon was based upon, but even as a child I found it amusing
that Cecil was drawn and animated like a sock puppet (you never saw
the lower half of his body).

Shari Lewis and Lamb Chop -- Even as a child, this show as too tame
to hold my interest. Much later in life, I saw Shari (with Lamb Chop)
on a comedy special doing a more adult oriented stand-up routine. One
of the jokes was Lamb Chop denying that she had any sexual
experience, saying: "100% virgin wool, that's me."

Ah yes, the memories. And somehow, none of us grew up to be
  psychopathic deviants, now did we?

Well, okay, we did grow up to be furry fans, but that's not quite the
  same thing. :-)
