Have to admit - damn good pic David! You've done well,
again! Love to see you go full-colour on some of your work
some time. :-D

Now you just make me sad. The 1 day and 2 hours is closer
to the amount of time I'd need to produce something like
this. :-( What can I say - great effort!

Though with the current crop of Yamaha R1 powered quads,
that is quite a possiblity! They are serious weapons (and
cost serious dollars!)

*sigh* I'm sorry, but you're going to find out. Furs may
recall a _long_ time ago (21st June 2004 according to the
file creation date) when I mentioned I was writing a story
that envovled Val's untimely demise (and earnt me a stint
in Val's red book).
It is a What If scenario that looks at what happens to the
sisters if Val passed away prematurely (plane crash is what
I'd conceived) and the sisters end up going there own way -
to end up as bikies. Natasha goes corporate and rides a
sports bike (ZX9R), Onyx starts her own business and rides
a big cruiser (Yamaha Royal Star) and Lori ends up a blue
collar worker who struggles to make ends meet and rides a
clapped-out street fighter / muscle bike (GS1000, stripped
down).
The story is half written - it is a serious chunk of work
and will be similar size (probably larger) to the Jade's
Tryout story. Currently 30 pages and about half way
through. Shaping up to be probably my best story to date.
Everything is explained and follows-on really well with
plenty of 'end tie ups'. I'm looking forward to releasing
it to the world, but it has used 1485 minutes of editing /
writing time thus far (that's 24.75 hours) and allowing I
only get about half an hour a day to write, it could be
another few months.
Now remember, it is "what if" story, it isn't going to
happen (we hope) and our beloved Val is perfectly safe.
We, from We Say So Corporation, say so....

Yeah, they settle down a little by the time they're into
their 30's when the story is set, but not too much!
Maybe there is a chance for a group project? I was
considering doing a few illustrations myself, but it
wouldn't be competitive with your skills, David. I can
source all the references for you, if you'd like to give it
a go. :-) I'll be in contact off-group.

That's from Genus for those wondering. How about the two
Jim's Bike stories (one of which is by Iontiger, the other
by me) in the Fan Fiction section of the group? :-)

This was the first ever fanfiction I'd written, from memory
- not one of my best works, but still a funny read.
Scrapper, Black Dragon, apparently a few of us are on the
same warped wavelength!
