Try checking this post from way back when:

Oh, or better yet, here's a part of a little info document that I
put together from all the Caterwaul info I found (being that I was and
still am interested in that storyline). This is all from James's
various postings, so it should be authentic, though not necessarily up
to date.

=======================================================================

"I'll give you the low-down on the full Caterwaul staff, although
many of the members won't appear until issues 6-9. (I have up to
number 14 written).
The current members (as of the last published book) are:

Crystal Vaughn, the boss-lady (Persian cat)
Marie Queneau, master lock-pick and formidable gun-fighter (raccoon)
Leila Martins, someone you DON'T want to piss off (wolverine)
Dinah Auger, knife-fighter, planner (badger)
Tiffany Brookes, pilot, undercover agent (fox)
Tamara Jolsen, sniper, electronics, explosives (Tabby cat)
Veronika Eva Vonderschmidt, aerial warfare, recon (vampire bat)

A new member, not yet on the team roster:

D'sanna, ex-government assassin, female black panther from Africa

The above members comprise what is referred to as "Caterwaul
Black", the original version of the team. Below are the members who
will make up "Caterwaul Red", comprised primarily of the refugees
from the Nomax experiments many years ago:

Jeremy Dunlop, male otter, turns to some undetermined metal
Rahne MacGregor, female fox, pyrokinetic
Cindy Whitehall, female cheetah, capable of extremely high speeds
Denise Walker, female skunk, life/power siphon
Ricardo Perez, male raccoon, powers not yet fully understood
Sylvia Thorpe, female cat, body form reflects emotional state

New members, not appearing until at least issue 7:

Jennica, female squirrel, gravitational abilities
Dean, male doberman, able to alter molecular makeup
Monique, female fruit bat, triggers panic/flight instinct
Sheryl, female lizard, able to "turn invisible" (warps light)

I think that's all of them, but I'll have to double-check my
records. Since I have to start getting ready for work now, I'll have
to finish up this post later tonight...

Of them all, I'd say Monique and Dean may well be the most
untouchable. Monique's ability makes her own teammates afraid of
her! Any physical or mental contact with her is best left undone,
and she's one of the few kids who can turn her abilities on or off
at will.

Jennica controls gravity, though primarily on herself. Holding 2
other people, while a third is much further away, was straining her
limits.

Monique was a key player in this sequence, because her touch
triggers the flight instinct in any creature she comes in contact
with. Conceivably, she could probably win a fight just passing from
one person to the next, sending them all screaming into the
foothills. However, her touch can cause heart attacks in people who
are susceptible to them. So obviously, she is quite careful of what
she does.

A lot of the Caterwaul Red/Lot Six kids have abilities which have
similar beginnings. Since it was actually their parents who were
experimented on, the experiments caused genetic anomalies in the
spawn.
For example, Monique, Sheryl and Denise all have different
variations of the same core ability. Denise changes into a
power/life siphon, and becomes intangible in the process (until
she's had too much power contact). Monique is intangible as well,
but she doesn't really steal life or power. She causes the victim's
body to go into a full-fledged attack of blind panic. (I was
tempted to show Walice wet his pants, but I settled for a tail
between the legs instead. See? I'm not being nasty!) This can
cause a host of problems within the victim's body if they are not in
perfect health (such as heart attacks, ruptured vessels and/or
organs, seizures, paralysis, etc..). But, the longer Monique stays
in her less-than-pleasant-to-look-at form, the more dangerous she
becomes. After a short while, her touch causes death, whether she
is approached physically, psychically (sp?) or whatever. Since she
is intangible in this form, she can pretty much go anywhere and do
anything. I like this character having this power, because in her
normal anthro form, she is very loving and caring towards people.
Sort of a Doctor Jekyll and Mister Hyde thing. Sheryl's power is
the ability to wrap light around herself and others, effectively
making them invisible. She is mute when in her normal anthro form,
and can only speak when invisible (she lost her voice when her
abilities manifested themselves).

Yeah, she's the sexy black lizard with the braids. Man, I love
braids like that..."
