Are you talking about your home computer?
Is this a new problem?
Did problem occur after hurricane? [If your phone
lines went down it is possible that the phone
company used another wiring system/scheme to reconnect
you. The old way of connecting to your ISP is different
now.]
What is the operating system? XP(Home/Pro), Windows98, etc?
Are you running IE?
Are you using a Dial-Up modem, Or a DSL "modem"?
If Dial-Up, Do you have other phone numbers to connect
to your ISP service?
Do you have ISP tech support Phone number?
Do you know how to test your modem out?
Have you run any spy bot programs to see if computer
is corrupted?
Sorry for all the questions.....but it might help
point something out.
My starting guess is something wrong with DNS
setting. But it's only a begin guess.
