Actually, I think that is a phrase instead of a standard description.
Meaning it doesn't change even if it is the Great-Grandmother.
It's something like the phrase "That is one sexy Momma!"
It doesn't really relate to the actual generation but only to the
fact that it is a hot, sexy female who already had a child.
Also, seeing as the Anthropomorphs in Jim's world don't show
their age as much as normal humans (I mean, Val is in her mid-
thirties to early forties and still looks almost as young as her
girls.) it is totally in the region of possibility that Val's
mom still looks quite presentable.
Of course, all this is a moot point since only one has the answers
we seek and that is Jim. Therefore we will have to wait till the
evil Empire of Phone-Company is defeated and Jim can join us
again.
Oh yeah, as a side-note...remember Slappy Squirrel, she is
quite old and still looks nice.
