Um, I didn't see anyone mention switching TO dialup. If you're
referring to Vulpine planning to switch to Verizon FIOS, that's not
not dialup, that's their replacement to DSL to make it competitive
with cable. It uses fiber optics to the local distribution point,
similar to cable now.
