If you didn't know, though, "Over the Hedge" is a comic in the newspaper.
The movie is based off of this comic.
They used to have Over the Hedge in the newspaper here, but for some reason
they stopped.
But already I know just from reading the comic that RJ, the raccoon, isn't
that bright, but well ajusted to the urban life. RJ likes to act cool, but is a
huge slob and has a major sweet tooth.
Also in the comic Hammy, the squirrel, was eventually killed off and
replaced with his cousin who acted much the same.
How did Hammy die? Well... let's just say one cold winter day Hammy thought
it'd be a good idea to try licking a bumper... to a bus.
