I'd second (or third if someone already has) the comment about the
dislaimer. Just point out that the images are on slightly toned paper
and make sure any samples show what the images will look like on this.
If anyone complains after that it ain't your problem, you told them
and they bought it knowing full well what the prints would look like
Personally I didn't think it looked any worse on the slightly grey
toned paper
Oh, and as for backups, maybe some *ahem* "water" resistant paper
would negate the need for that? ;)
