i may get my ass kicked for suggesting this, but what about offering
new folios on regular paper at an expanded price? that way you would
make back some money even if it is posted. you could even release a
limited number of those so they would be easy to keep track of if you
numbered them. of course since i suggested the idea i would beg for the
oppurtunity to be reserved one of each copy ;) :D
