Silly damn things.
I'm building my third motorcycle. I'm putting Harley Fat Bob gas
tanks, intended for a single-backbone frame, onto a Honda Shadow,
which has a split-backbone frame. So I've got to fabricate and
mount the brackets for securing the tanks to the frame. The entire
body of the bike is being custom-built, but I wanted to get the
tanks completely finished before winter sets in (my ass won't be
working on bikes when it's snowing outside!)
As for left-handed thread bolts, do you have any marine shops
nearby? I had to get a few left-handed nuts and bolts for one of
the other bikes, and they had quite a variety.

Well, we talked a bit about it today, and she said she was going
to whip up something special for the channers. I don't know if I'll
get to color it or not, since I've only got two weeks until the art
gallery show, and my time is being split between working on the bike
and working on the mainstream art. But I reckon I'll post it here
when it's done, if no one minds.
