  I guess that depends on where you hail from. I'm Southern, so the
speech has a little twang to it (moreso now that I'm living back in
the South/West). Now that I think about it, I think most folks
pronounce it "min", as it's not as abrupt as "man". It seems to flow
a bit better that way.
