Actually, according to the site Tom gave me earlier... the legal part (
http://www.skunksaspets.com/states.htm) states that there are 17 states you're legally allowed to have a skunk as a pet... 4 of which do NOT require permits/licence (possibly 5, New Hampshire doesn't tell if required or not). New Mexico is shaky at the mo on laws, so possibly 18 states. Good for me, they allow them in New Jersey... which is where I wish to live.
