If you go to the links section of the SAMA group, you can
go to the Staff pages that have a fair bit of info on the
crew. Further reading of the fanfiction will probably give
a few more ideas - most of my stories are fairly close to
correct character protrayl from feedback by Jim.
For specific points you can't determine from these sources,
you can also ask the group - even if Jim is busy, there is
usually someone else who can answer most questions.
