Well, if you look in the bottom left of the pic (yes... I know it's hard to avert your eyes from the main pic, but just do it :P)... you'll notice it's by James Hardiman (and, by checking other pics by him on this group, you'll notice that the sigs are the same...)
Whoever has posted that should have permission (unless Jim lets his art be posted freely... not sure on that point but I don't think he does)
Why it was posted on a Digimon site of all places, I dunno...
