quite simple on the burger thing... it's ground up hairless monkeys, otherwise known as humans, that they raised on farms. The cut down a small area of land in a 3rd world country and used it to raise these humans till they were tender and plump, to which they slaughted them and ground up the meat for consumption. The problems with such was the occasional alert of Mad Human Disease of Man-Flu breaking out... in which case the main companies like Bernard Catthews would have to do major slaughterings to deal with it.
