If he's not authorized by Jim, then if Jim reports him to Linden Labs they'll remove the guy's account entirely and ban him for life. They take art theft very seriously because lindens (game-money) can be sold for real-money through the Linden Exchange.
Although it's unconfirmed i've also be told that you'll get all his lindens to recoup the losses, if you have an account. Else they just delete his ass.

This is probibly a question that comes up ecvery so often that most likely been answered but on SecondLife, i was walking thru FurPleasure Market when I saw a store named "Skunked.com" being a hardiman fan i peeked in and sure enouth there was a huge display of his stuff for sale, on the walls looked like other familiar stuff thougn not all hardiman, I was curious if it was in anyway connected with here or just some lame idiot trying to steal others ideas (the later shamefully more common).
