That's why I'm only going to submit the DMCA and not bother with the
hassle of filing charges or any of that crap (and I really don't have
the time for a lawsuit right now anyway). Whether the person is truly
disabled, or merely faking it to avoid responsibility is unknown. But
I figure it may be better to err on the side of caution. (That, and I
don't want to throw a bunch of money at a lawyer right now. I'm
saving up for another bike...)
However, if said person repeats this mistake, I will likely come
down much harder on him.
