A big part of that was simply, in the earlier days, I didn't have
the skill to make the pictures look like they do in my head. As my
work has gotten more detailed, I've begun to get closer to the
original images. I'm still not there yet, but I'm-a workin' on it!

That would be the "Bigger Than Life 2" folio, which I'll release in
late July, about a month before MFM.

Well, I will still share all the artwork with folks online (all the
stuff will be available on the new site), as well as post various
works on the group. Yes, it does cost a lot of money to produce the
folios and prints, and it is very aggravating when people scan all
the pictures and post them online (as evidenced by a couple recent
threads on a certain chan board where every single one of my prints
and folios were uploaded in hi-resolution). While that activity does
negatively affect sales, it also demonstrates a lack of respect and
self-control on the poster's part. I think self-control is one of
the main shortcomings of the "new" fandom, and I'm certain the
inclusion of the internet has helped it grow tremendously.

Unfortunately, it's still illegal in this country to beat someone
to a pulp with their own arm, even if they so richly deserve it. So,
I'll just regain control over the art by never releasing physical
copies of it. After all, if no one has a copy, then no one can scan
it and post it everywhere, can they? Of course, I won't be able to
make any money from sales of the work, but there are those who are
interested in buying the originals, so it should still work out okay
in the end. But fear not, everyone will absolutely be able to see
the pictures and folios upon their completion.

As far as released works go, I plan on coming out with several more
comic books, as well as the release of Caterwaul Inc. (I'll post a
page from there when my "art computer" is back online). I'm very
pleased with the new style and format of the newest Caterwaul book,
and I intend to release each full story as a single volume. For
example, the original issues 1, 2, and part of 3 will comprise the
first volume. Issues 4 and 5 will make up volume 2, issues 6, 7, and
part of 8 will make volume 3, and so on. They would be able to be
read individually or consecutively.

Then again, I might just have a few surprises up my sleeve...
