The folio will debut at MFM, and Second Ed will have some to sell
within a few days. The folio is limited to only 100 copies though,
so you may want to reserve one with Ed if you can't make it to MFM.
I thought about posting a picture featuring all the individual
pics, so folks could see what the other choices were. Gimme a day to
put that together, though...
