Two places I've heard of them being installed are night
clubs - where it is often so noisy you need somewhere that
is a little sheltered to try and use your phone and in
up-market restaurants where they actively discourage
patrons from taking or making calls at the tables. And
fair enough too! If you are going out of dinner and
paying big dollars, you don't want some jerk yammering away
to his stock broker or something equally irrelevant while
you are trying to enjoy your meal.
Mobile phones have been wonderful for many things, but they
have brought their share of problems. Especially when
girls have used the vibrate feature for 'other
applications'...
Just imagine what Lori could do with a phone - you'd better
hope it was water proof! >_<
