I think you have hit the nail on the head - Jim has been quite open about posting old work on F-Chan. Including portfolios.
Now, if there is something new that he is presently making a dollar from, well - he can ask to have it removed. But most of his older stuff has entered public domain with his blessing, from what I have read on F-Chan.

Eh, I have mixed feelings about stuff like this. I've seen Jim post his art to FChan before.
Simply put, if Jim doesn't want his art there, I'll stand by him and not visit the place, nor would I want the link. If Jim doesn't care and is fine with the art they're showing, I might give it a look.
Dont think I'd find anything new, anyways, so I doubt they have anything i'd be interested in seeing that I havent seen already.
