That's actually quite a surprise. They seem several years older then that to me; in their early twenties I thought.
Though you did draw them getting their driving licences, I still estimated them to be about 21.
Of course, this also means that in most juristictions throughout the US - they're still underage - and thus offlimits to any kind of sexual activity.

the skunk sisters, Val, and Des. The trio is currently 17, Valencia

"Ups & Downs Part 2"? I think there were three parts that got
published, if I recall correctly. Or do you mean an extension of the
story?
If that's the case, then yes, I do plan on producing a giant
collection of all the Ups & Downs and Skunkworks comics I've ever
drawn (including deleted pages and unpublished works). I was hoping
for a 2008 release, but with all the transplant crap going on and all
the damn doctors and lab work I'm having to deal with, I honestly
don't know if I'll be able to get it all ready for a 2008 release.
As for Florida, well, everyone still lives there. Just because I
moved out of the state doesn't mean I'm going to relocate all the
characters. Man, that would be a nightmare! ;P
