Yeah, to say I was terrified would be an understatement. I thought
I was going to rip the arms off the chair they had me in. They would
inject a numbing solution into the socket around the eye; once they
did that, it felt like my eye had been replaced with a fucking
billiard ball. Then the doc had to push against the eye in order to
get the medicine back out, because the additional pressure on the eye
(from the injection) could cause ruptures. The other injections were
some sort of medicine injected into the actual eye itself to help
clear up the blood and debris floating inside the gel.
This is getting rather gross. We should discuss skunk stuff more...
